Use this online form to register for the HydroAire Pump Reliability & Maintenance Seminar. Fill in the blank fields and press the 'Submit Form' button to generate your customized Registration Form. Please print the completed Registration Form and mail or fax, along with your payment, to HydroAire. The fax number, address, and Seminar Coordinator contact information will be listed on your completed Registration Form.

Seminars will be held at HydroAire's facility near downtown Chicago from 8 am to 5 pm. A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided. We recommend those from outside the Chicago area arrive in the late afternoon or early evening the day before the Seminar. For those participants arriving the day before the seminar, there will be a complementary group dinner.
